Simple and effective. For fixing the collection of pens with missing or broken tops.

What You’ll Need:
Pen with missing/broken clicker


Appropriately sized nail

Hard surface (table/block of wood), Magazine

Bit of force
 

Steps:
1. Take the nail and make sure it’s slightly thicker than the ink tube inside the pen (not too thick or it will crack and damage the tube)
2. Take your pen and rest the tip on the hard surface (make sure you have a magazine or something thick on top so the pressure from the pen top won’t damage your table)
3. Push the tip of the nail down into the ink tube slowly. Make sure it’s not wobbly
4. That’s it! Too easy. See below for result…
